- From Freeway #1 South-bound (from Taipei): Exit at "Hsinchu Science Park" off-ramp (94.6 KM) that is parallel to the Freeway. Drive to the end of the road, turn right onto Hsin Ann Rd.
- From Freeway #1 North-bound (from Taichung): Exit at "Hsinchu Science Park" off-ramp (96.4 KM) that is parallel to the Freeway. Drive to the end of the road, turn left onto Hsin Ann Rd.
- From Freeway #3 either South-bound (from Taipei) or North-bound (from Kaohsiung) (Taichung was used in point 2 instead of Kaosiung. We should make it consistent): Follow the Freeway signs to drive onto Freeway #1 North-bound; toward the direction of HsinChu (and Taipei). Exit at " Hsinchu Science Park" off-ramp (96.4 KM) that is parallel to the Freeway. Drive to the end of the road, turn left onto Hsin Ann Rd.
From Hsin Ann Rd, after crossing the bridge over the Freeway, turn right onto Prosperity 1st Rd. You will see a 10-story building on the left. NSPO is located on the 8th floor.
